I have created two individual setups in wix for my two projects. Its get install in same parent directory (c:\apps\firstapp and c:\apps\secondapp). When i install one of my setup and Uninstall the same , the unistallation process is working fine(with both the setups). but when i try to install both the setups and try to uninstall both the setups one by one, the uninstallation process do not remove desktop icon and program menu item.
