It's likely to be the temporary internet folder. That's one of the reasons for
the setup.exe/msistuff.exe internet download bootstrapper.

Subject: [WiX-users] more problems with wix

I have a situation where we are serving msi files via a website link....what
ends up happening is that if I choose to run the file directly without saving
it locally it does install the product but if I do another run without saving
and hit the repair button it fails with a network error saying it cannot read
the installer file....is this a wix problem or a problem related to temporary
internet files on a windows machine??? Any ideas???
