I did, but I mostly just reverse engineered it from the vs installer
that got created with it.  The main problem that we had was that the
file versions changed with every build, and they weren't matching the
hard coded ones in the registry entries I copied from the decompiled vs
installer.  That and we had to install vsto.exe for the office 2003
version.  If you have more specific questions I might be able to be more
helpful.
