I'm on Windows XP Pro, so this might differ on other OSes, but when I right click on one of my MSI and choose Properties and then go to the Summary tab I see Title, Subject, Author, Category, Keywords, Comments.
He me, on this installer I'm looking at, all are populated except for Category. Of the ones that are populated they are likely coming from the <Package/> element. The Description attribute seems to correlate to the Subject. The Manufactuer seems to correlate to the Author. And the Comments seems to correspond to the Comments. Not sure about the others.
