I have rolled back to 3.0.3907.0 and it works again, I'll raise a bug
report on this.

I am using Votive 3.0.4014.0 and am not seeing any context sensitive
help in either VS2005 or VS2008. Before I start digging around for an
odd config on my machine could anyone confirm whether this is working
