So far I have found that you can add files in the following ways:
1) Add a reference to a file directly using its directory path.
2) Add a project reference and then use
(var.PROJECT_NAME.TargetPath)
However, can you add a reference to a Dll and then add this somehow. I
have been unable to do this.
