I'm guessing I'm not the only one who will be needing to make HTTP namespace
reservations to allow my application to accept incoming HTTP calls on Vista,
so in case it is of use to anyone else, I've written up some steps to do

I actually coded up a custom action initially, only to then discover a much
simpler way of doing it. I am new to WIX, so any constructive comment is
