20 days ! You are patient, and so we are ! The Wix mailing list is NOT the place where you'll get your solution, so please stop asking here ! Try a forum on Microsoft's site instead, presumably a Vista's forum. Several people already suggested to check the event logs, and it's definitely the way to solve your problem (especially since Vista improved the event logging). Also, put some logs into your program, since it may be a bug in your service (maybe a dependency on other services).
