The driver's inf file installs an user mode agent that runs as a service. When the drivers are updated, so should the service. I can see in the log file that StopServices action is called, but it appears that the previous service is never stopped. If this happens, then the new service cannot be copied and the operating system will require a reboot. This results in poor user experience. Please confirm this behavior and suggest an alternative if available. My guess is that StopServices is called in the context of the new MSI file, and not on the old one.
