I'm using REMOVE="ALL" to conditionally run a custom action when the
software is removed.
How can I do the opposite.... Conditionally run an action only when the
software is installed?
<ScheduleReboot After="InstallFinalize">INSTALL="ALL"</ScheduleReboot>
..or something
