Hi! I want to allow mutiple installs and as I have understod it., after reading some posts on this forum and some articles at other sites, the way to do this is to use transforms.
If I only want to change the product code (and maybe the name) it feels that this should be a fairly simple (and general) transform. Has anyone tried this and in that case could you please post a sample... The problem I'm trying to solve with a transform is that some of the files in the installation needs to be placed in multiple places, where they should placed and how many "places" is not known untill install time. Maybe someone have some idea how to do this without transforms. In a way you could say that I want to create a "loop" in the installation... (I hope this makes some sense...)
