Has the simple solution of a BBS been thrown up and shot down already?
InstallShield's community website just runs the standard vBulletin setup and
has image verification during the registration process to cut down on spam.
Considering my 10+ years of BBS experience during the FidoNet days I'd gladly
throw up a WiXForum but it would be pointless unless the community wants to
move. Otherwise maybe Microsoft could throw up some new forums on the MSDN
site. Just because it's open source and on SourceForge doesn't mean it doesn't
have a place in MSDN. I spend quite a bit of time over their for MSBuild and
TFS and it's not too bad. IMHO the MajorDomo days are long gone.
