Hello, I've got what must be a stupid question, but I can't find a suitable answer. I only want a component to be installed if a registry entry is X or Y. If it is neither than I do not want the component to be installed. So I put the following condition in the component:
<Condition> (REGENTRY = "X") Or (REGENTRY = "Y") </Condition> This works fine when the registry entry is not X or Y. However, the component is also NOT installed when the registry entry IS X or Y. So I'm a bit confused how to get this to do what I'm intending. The install log doesn't give much help as to how its evaluating. Thank you in advance for any help.
