Tell us what the errors are, and we might have some chance of understanding
the problem.
Good things to send in a problem report are:
- Exactly what features of WiX you're using
- Exactly what the command line to the tool that failed was
- The exact version number of the WiX toolset you're using
- The exact output given by the tool
Without this information, we'll be floundering in the dark, wasting our time
and yours. Unfortunately, since we have limited time available - no-one is
paid to work on WiX, not even Rob and Bob - problem reports and questions
with no detail will often be ignored.
If you can come up with a small example that reproduces the problem, that's
even better.
