I need to do the following in MSI. Even though it feels like a trivial
question, I cannot find a straight-forward answer to it:
Create a web server, and enable the user to access XML files using syntax
like this:
http://22.33.43.2/usefulLinks/microsoft/abc.xml
http://22.33.43.2/usefulLinks/yahoo/cde.xml
…
And then share out the virtual web directory so a different machine can
write directly into /usefulLInks/… directory.
I am fairly new to WiX, so any leads would help. J
