How one would attribute custom actions generated from SqlDatabase (such as
CreateDatabase) with the TerminalServerAware attribute? There must be a better
way than fixing types directly in the msi.
Without the attribute the scenario of running under TS and installing the
database remotely is broken, unless the target computer account is added to the
database as a user.
