WixUI_InstallMode is set during maintenance mode and in WixUI_Mondo.
WixUI_Mode is the other property used and it's set to the name of the
dialog set. If you customize WixUI, you need to make sure your set
updates all the buttons' control events. That's much, much easier in WiX
v3 with "floating" Publish elements. In v2, it means copying and
updating all the appropriate dialogs.
