I *really* hope this isn't for a "product" that is going anywhere but
inside your company.
If it is, then I'm sorry to say it but your boss is being idiotic (and
asking for trouble down the road when the time comes to update or
maintain whatever it is you are packaging).
If it is only an internal thing, then I would use Rob's batch file and
UNC paths to a shared folder on the network.
Just my personal thoughts on the scenario that has been dumped on
you....

P.S. It also occurs to me that you may be able to do something funky
with a self extracting zip file. Many self-extract creation tools allow
you to specify something to lunch after unzipping. You might even be
able to persuade NAnt to delete itself after running too.

The problem is that I can't be sure people will have Nant on their
system, so I have to make sure it gets dropped.
Aaron mentioned I would need an additional custom action - any other
