Julie hit upon the solution in another reply. I needed to add an "Id"
attribute to the CustomAction Property="QtExecDeferred" listed below.
The error message was a little misleading though.
Can you enter a bug on SF with the details (e.g., repro case, WiX
version)? The compiler should definitely catch that.
