Hey everyone. I am a long time reader, occasional poster :) I just wanted to let everyone know that our company (Indigo Rose Software) has recently entered beta testing on a new product that makes use of WiX. It is called Setup Factory for Windows Installer. It is designed to be an easy to use (well, easier than what the "big guys" put out) Windows Installer builder. The part that may interest you is that our program generates WiX 3.0 wxs files and then builds them into the MSI through candle and light.
As well, you can just design your installer in our IDE and generate right to WiX files (including a batch file to do the build) without actually doing the compile and link. This makes it a fantastic tool for getting your WiX files going quickly and properly. As well, the product will (soon) include a scriptable bootstrapper which will make bootstrapping your installers very flexible. Anyhow, the reason for my post is to personally invite all WiX users mailing list readers to join our beta test and check the product out for yourself.
