The RemoveFiles element takes wildcards.

Thanks Rob,

Can you please let me know how to remove the files using removeFiles  provided 
I dont know what the files are. I know this is not the best practice to remove 
the files the msi has not created but this is a unavoidable scenario.

Sure.  It's not possible.  Use RemoveFiles to ensure the files are removed from 
the folder.
