Unfortunately there is a host of different information out there on how to run this command. I found my example at the wix wiki: http://www.wixwiki.com/index.php?title=Heat
running it with LM changes the error, it can't find the website. My guess is either this isn't correct or there is a bug with this portion. Thanks though.
