No special reason, was just trying ;-)

Is the same to use:

<Condition><![CDATA[StartAppWithWindows = 1]]></Condition>

or

<Condition>StartAppWithWindows = 1</Condition>

Why in so many examples is this written:
              <Condition><![CDATA[StartAppWithWindows = 1]]></Condition>

I thought CDATA was only required for when XML reserved items were
included, like <, >, and &.

Am I missing something, or is it just mystically copied around?
