   I specified the culture the way you taught me to do it, but I still
receive several errors like that:
The localization variable !(loc.msierrIISFailedCreateApp) is unknown. 
Please ensure the variable is defined.

   I found that linking the .wixobj specifying the culture eliminated the
errors, and made the msi successfully. 
As far as I tried the same thing in Visual Studio 2005, I got errors like
that. I'm using the latest wix toolkit from sourceforge.net.
