Is there an example on how to use the MessageQueue element? I would like to
see a full example, please. Namespace required? If it is under the component
section what are the consequences of putting it in multiple features? I want
the MessageQueue to be a part of all the features installed but I don't want
it installed more than once? Will it get uninstalled with uninstallation of
the application (like a service)? How do permissions work? I see a
sub-element of message queue permissions, how do they work? I want a service
to be able to do just about anything with the message queue but restrictions
on everyone else. Of course the service is running as a user.
