Ok, I've poked around some more and I think I have a little bit better understanding of what exactly is going on. It appears that my UI SelectFolderDialog that sets INSTALLDIR (if the user changes the box) does not work in time to influence the Directory structure. Basicly, the property, when it is passed to my CustomAction that runs after the installation completes is correct, but it does not change where the installation occurs. Is there a solution to this? SelectFolderDialog occurs before the installation begins so it seems like it should be ok, but its not working that way.
