I'm guessing I am mis-understanding what you are telling me because if I
change my code to read

</InstallExecuteSequence>
<Property Id="QtExecCmdLine" Value=""perl"

<CustomAction Id="QtExecu" BinaryKey="wixca" DllEntry="CAQuietExec"
Execute="immediate" Return="check"/>
<InstallExecuteSequence>

I get an error message during compilation saying, not un-reasonably
'Duplicate Symbol QtExecCmdLine found'
Could you explain more or better show what I shuld have done in the snippet
of code shown.
