I still have not resolved this issue either if anyone can help.... I have used verbose logging, which tells me that the patch is not marked as uninstallable and thus cannot be uninstalled. The only thing I see is that the Patch Meta Data does not appear to included in the Patch (i.e. The Title, Description etc..) and thus maybe the AllowRemoval property is not being set???
