Yes, I found the SDK pretty useful to build a custom boostrapper. It has a
nice UI to build the boostrapper's manifest.

After fishing around I was able to build a custom bootstrap for the
prerequsites I need which is not part of VS 2005.
What kind of problem are you having, maybe I can help?
