I have never tried it with an ocx file, sorry I can't help. It worked for
me with a COM DLL the same manner in which tallow did.

You can use "heat.exe /?" for more information. However, if you want to
extract information about a dll into a MyDllFrag.wxs you would use:
heat.exe file MyDll.DLL -out MyDllFrag.wxs

v3.0.2420.0 and it doesn't have this exe.
