Hi,

  Looks like msconfig from Windows XP does not support unicoded version
information. You should not use 1200 (0x4b0) codepage in VarFileInfo.

   BLOCK "VarFileInfo"
   BEGIN
       /* the following line should be extended for localized versions */
       VALUE "Translation", 0x409, 1252
   END
