'PreviouslyPinned=1' part which a Google Search turns into
entries in:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\SharedDlls
Now the question: By what installer mechanism do entries turn up in this
location and under which circumstances are they useful?
