Hi Rob,
I did some new findings in this issue. This merge module is translated to 10
languages (because its registry keys are read and shown in client machines).
The setup itself is translated to only three languages.
So the combination used to the russian setup is an english wxl in the setup to
be used with a russian merge module.
The closest i got to a solution is to make a wxl for the setup which will have
english strings but russian codepage. It doesnt sound like a good solution but
i cannot think of anything else.

What is the codepage of the MSI? The Merge Module will transmit its data
correctly but if you put it into an MSI with the wrong codepage, youll get
squares.
