I've been trying to build tortoiseSVN and can get a good
ways into the build process, but eventually I get this:

I've followed all of the build instructions and have looked
around on various sites and have a little info, but even
though 'wix' is a option I can select in the projects
menu under msvc8, I can't figure out how to actually
convert the wix project files over so msbuild will run them.
Does anyone here know the procedure for converting the
wix files?
