I have already realized that it is not possible to Publish the property from FilesInUse dialog because this dialog is called from InstallExecuteSequence.
So I am posting my question again: Is there a way to determine wheter the FilesInUse dialog was already displayed by InstallValidate action (and answered by user) in order to not display it again (from custom action)?
