Where did you look in the Windows Registry? My understanding is you
should be able to go to
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\InetStp in the registry. There is
then a MajorVersion and MinorVersion value you can use to check which
version is installed

Subject: [WiX-users] Need Help

Hi. Please help me with something: I need to detect whether IIS is
installed on the computer or not. I tried looking in the windows
registry , but it didn't work. Do you have any ideas?
