Thank you for the responses. The reason I asked is because when clicking Add/Remove program in the control panel, the application is removed with default UILevel = 3 (no dialogs), whereas double clicking on the msi object can launch the full UI, I have been searching online but seems like UILevel is not a property that can be set using the WiX, and I cannot find a way to use the WiX so that Remove the application in Control Panel can launch the full UI. I would greatly appreciate it if you can let me know the way to go around this. Thanks again.

Users determine the UI level when they launch the .msi. As long as your
.msi has the appropriate UI tables populated, users get a full UI by
default.
