I'm not seeing this in any of the XML files I created...which attribute/node am I looking for?

However, I get this error when I start my MSI: Windows Installer Error 1613 This installation package cannot be installed by the Windows Installer service. You must install a Windows service pack that contains a newer version of the Windows Installer service. Any idea why this is?
