Hi, I have the similar problem with with the package I have created (our product). I have asked the WiX team and the answer was that it is a bug, but it is already fixed in WiX 3 and this fix will not be ported back to WiX 2. You can try WiX 3 to "dark" the Orca.msi (it works for me).
