Hey Thomas.

I can’t find lib boost_random either in my VM or the real Pi, so it would
surprise me if Raspbian has it by default. Ive been meaning to try installing
by the original instructions, using V1.49, but I was a bit shot this afternoon
and its been difficult to do more than relaxing just yet, but I might go ahead
a bit later (I also have a pet parrot that makes it a bit difficult working
uninterrupted at home before he has gone to bed hehehe). For the virtual
machine I searched for rip emulators for OSX, and I found this:

Attachment: RaspberryPi.ova.torrent
Description: Binary data

Which is a torrent to download a ready made rip install for Oracle VirtualBox.
I downloaded it and imported it, I think its arm, and I was hoping to be able
to run troubleshooting and compilation on this VM, because from what I see this
far, it sure beats the rpi in speed. Unfortunately, as long as I haven’t
managed to complete the Wt install, I haven’t been able to test it. And the OS
isn’t completely similar to Raspbian, because it doesn’t have raspy-config… Its
still interesting :)

Regards,
Tor
