Hey Jon,
The file <Wt/WJavaScriptPreamble> contains the definition, but this isn't
public API (we aren't really encouraging the use of this hack!).
But it's really just a one-liner you can easily define yourself:
#define WT_JS(...) #__VA_ARGS__
