We've been doing this too for one internal application. One benefit that we looked alot is that you can develop/debug on Linux/Windows and then only in the end go through the MacOSX tool chains. You can even test the application using the iPad in the browser to see if it behaves and looks okay without needing to install it. > I have one offtopic question.
