Hi,

I started a generic WWizard a few years ago, but never finished it.
API is inspired in QWizard.

The problem that blocked me was the wizard always returned the default
values, not the updated ones. I tried a lot of different solutions but
never found why it failed.

Also, I was using Wt::Ext, which apparently generated invalid code
when you uncommented a couple of lines (see the code).
