I'd like to run on Jetty 8. But whatever I do I'm getting "Refuse to
respond".
Maybe related to the fact that the provided jetty-web.xml is invalid;
because the way to disable cookies has changed. Maybe that's the cause of
the error message ?
Somebody has a clue how to run a JWt application on Jetty 8 ?
