I know it's a bit off topic.

I wanted to share ..

I was using yahoo fonts and grids framework, then I tried making my app look
good on iphones.

So I'm dumping yahoo fonts and grids now and learning sass and compass:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b_-HLevIJbc&feature=relmfu

It basically gives you a slightly higher level language that generates CSS
for you. It's ruby powered. It can turn your css templatey things into
compressed css etc.
the language lets you extend css styles (like inheritence) and set and read
variables etc.

Initially I'm thinking some kind of collection of CSS generation C++
classes and templates (like the resizers currently, but not using tables
:P) would be cool as a complement to witty.

But I'm posting to the list, firstly to share my experience, and secondly to
ask what other people are doing for CSS and layout with witty.

Kind Regards,
Matthew Sherborne
