I believe accessibility issues are being tracked as Bug 9284, "Make Qtshark 
accessible?".  See: https://bugs.wireshark.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=9284
Bug 12564 "Accessibility for blind and low-vision users" (See: 
https://bugs.wireshark.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=12564) was also opened but 
was later closed/marked as a duplicate of Bug 9284.
