Hi, So you concluded the capture is fine, it must be in the differences between your Wireshark installation and theirs. Then you should go over the differences between yours and theirs, beginning with the exact installed version and all preference settings related to (WLAN) packet dissection. Maybe if you share a detailed output of a single malformed packet dissection this could give us a hint as well. Good luck, Jaap
