I have seen information on how to setup SNMPv3. And do not understand it having not used SNMPv3. Then I found that Wireshark uses net-snmp. So I add my MIB files and the net-snmp tools test just fine. However, Wireshark still does not decode the SNMPv2 messages into human readable form.
