Doh! I meant to put that as item number one. You can't imagine the number of "problems" that get escalated to me, only to find out that duplex mismatch was the problem. To the original poster. Keep in mind that back in the days the "eliminate the negotiate" was a good mantra. these days, it's nothing but a headache as auto-negotiation is rock solid.
