Hi Charlie, and welcome to the community. Are you able to compile wireshark? If not, that's where to start. You can find anything in the wireshark developer's guide.
https://www.wireshark.org/docs/wsdg_html_chunked/ Once you have compiled it, I guess you would add a dissector. Read chap 9.2 to know how. You will be added to this ML asap.
